We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice your initial deposit will be charged as a late cancellation fee. 10-minute tolerance A maximum tolerance of 10 minutes will be granted after the scheduled time. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refundable or transferable.
